Steam Cleanining your car

I recently bought new car, well didn't really bought it but leased it. Anyway, I have 2 dogs and a cat who love travel with me in my new car. And as you may imagine while i drive they make a mess, cat hair everywhere, dog droll, and my little cute puppy leave not so cute surprises in my car from time to time. I try to clean it as it happened but sometime I don't and it get dry, and stick to the seat's cover. I don;t have leather seats, it was just too much money.

Now, my mom is coming to visit form out of town, haven't seen her in a long time, and she is highly allergic to cat hair, and very sensitive to cleanness, she is what I call a cleaning freak. So as you may guess by now I have to get my car clean. When my mom come we will go to a road trip, with my cousin, who is very allergic to cleaning detergent. I think you can see the problem i'm facing now, clearly I must clean my car, and by cleaning my car, I mean spotless clean car, or my mom won't set foot into. So that mean really get down to each and every stain, hair old, pop and any microscopic piece of dirt or germs hiding out that in my car. Now since my cousin, who is allergic to any kind of detergents is coming as well, cleaning my dirty car will not be an easy task. In fact I called it “mission impossible”.

But times fly and my mom is about to get to town, and my car need to get clean, with out the use of any chemicals or soaps. First I thought no way that can be done, and if you have seen the inside of my car you would have to agree, finding old gum stack to the driver seat, fully my fault, didn't make my life any easier. Oh I was desperate and frustrated.

But than I remember seeing TV commercial about the power of steam cleaning, and how it can be safely used everywhere even where there is little babies because the hot steam clean and kill most bacterias and germs without using detergents, brilliant! So I did some research and found that few of this steam cleaning machines are not just for cleaning the floor, some of them are hand held steamer that can be used in the car. Ok, I admit I took that idea form the same commercial as they show how the hand steam cleaner came apart form the main floor steamer cleaner, to be used as stand alone tool.

Now how great it is? Of course I didn't spent a minute and run to walmart to get the hand steam cleaner, I bout the one that combine both floor and hand held steamer because my dogs and cat make a mass in my house as well, and the machine that offer both functions in one was just a bit more expensive than just the hand held steamer so it seems worth for me, and also it will take less spaces in my house, and I'm sure it will be put for good use.

What can I say, steam cleaning my car was great idea. First I vacuum my car for everything that can be picked by the vacuum, this is very important to do if you want best results out for steam cleaning your car. I didn't know it at first and was disappointed form the steam clean results in my car. After I read in some online forum this advice, I first vacuum than steam clean my car, and it was like day and night. So save yourself time and disappointment and vacuum well before you steam clean your car.

The hand held steamer is easy to use and has long cord, at least the brand I bought, so i was easy to reach everywhere in the car, the hand steam clean also came with lots of different attachments for cleaning corners, fabric and hard to reach spots. I can't even imagine how much I had to pay for such car cleaning service at a shop or garage. Took me a good hour, because my car was really dirty, but the steam cleaning power is powerful, I manage to take out all stuff stuck to the plastic and the car floor, even the gum came of my seat, some of the stains still show on the seat fabric, but the dirt is out of it for sure and the smell is gone. This is really a miracle way to clean your car, so form now on I don't say just cleaning my car but steam cleaning my car, and in fact steam cleaning anything I own it is my new way of cleaning.
